Morgan communicates well, both over the phone and in person. When I explained my circumstance to him, he provided the available options and which one may be best in my situation. He was very thorough in his inspection and analysis. He explained his findings in a way that could be easily understood. He provided his report in a timely manner and was fair in price. His report on his findings was detailed and more than sufficient to file a claim to the leasing management company. The leasing management company is rectifying the issues found and reported by Morgan.
